The Dry Suit Diver Course will open up a whole new world of diving to you. Bermuda's waters come alive in the winter and very few diver get to experience them, why is that? Because the water is too cold. A drysuit can open up those positbilties and extend your time in the water. What you get from this course: This course allows a diver to develop knowledge and skills to properly use a drysuit. Using a drysuit for diving brings the added benefits of thermal protection but also adds additional buoyancy charcteristics as well as other aspects to consider. Student Prerequisites 1. SDI Open Water Scuba Diver or equivalent, or current enrollment in one of those courses 2. Minimum age 18, 12 with parental consent Duration: 1 day Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in dry suit diving activities without direct supervision of an Instructor so long as the following limits are adhered to: - The diving activities approximate those of training - The areas of activities approximate those of training - Environmental conditions approximate those of training Equipment requirements: - Basic open water scuba diving equipment (can be rented if you dont have your own) - Explosure Suit - Drysuit (We do not have many suits to rent, but can work with you to organise a suit) - Swimming Costume - Towel - Water Bottle *NO PHOTO
