Service Description

Do you want to explore safely to deeper depths? The Decompression Procedures Course prepares you for planned staged decompression diving. With a maximum operating depth of 45 metres/150 feet, this course is your first step beyond the normal sport diving limits. The Decompression Procedures Course, combined with the Advanced Nitrox course, form the foundation of all other technical courses. What you get from this course: This course examines the theory, methods and procedures of planned staged decompression diving. This course is designed as a stand-alone course or may be taught in conjunction with the Advanced Nitrox course. The objective of this course is to train divers how to plan and conduct a standard staged decompression dive not exceeding a maximum depth of 45 meters/ 150 feet. Student Prerequisites 1. Minimum age 18 2. Minimum certification of SDI Advanced Adventure Diver, Advanced Diver, or equivalent 3. Provide proof of 25 logged open water dives Duration: 3 days Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in decompression diving activities without direct supervision provided: 1. The diving activities approximate those of training 2. The areas of activities approximate those of training 3. Environmental conditions approximate those of training Upon successful completion of this course, graduates are qualified to enrol in: 1. TDI Advanced Nitrox Course 2. TDI Extended Range Course 3. TDI Advanced Wreck Course 4. TDI Trimix Course Equipment requirements: - Isolated twin set or Sidemount tank set up - Stage tank regulator - Stage Tank - BCD adequate for tank set-up - Line cutter - Depth gauge and automatic bottom timer - Oxygen Analyser - Exposure suit (Wetsuit or Drysuit) - Swimming costume - Towel - Water Bottle To book your session, please get in contact to schedule with us.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that EcoDive Ltd. operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation on any booking. In the event that the booking is cancelled within the 24 hours of the scheduled reservation, EcoDive Ltd reserves the right to charge the price of any booking. EcoDive Ltd. reserves the right to charge the price of any booking. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy on all Courses. You will NOT be charged if EcoDive Ltd. is forced to cancel due to weather or mechanical issues.
